Shipping Policy

Canada Post is our exclusive shipping provider. If you require delivery by a different carrier please contact the shop prior to making your purchase.  

In an effort to reduce costs, to you the customer, most items are vacuum sealed and shipped via lettermail. This service is untracked, uninsured and not guaranteed to arrive on time, before a certain date or at all.  If you choose this option you are agreeing to those limitations. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages that are shipped using this method. 

Tracked shipping is always available for an additional charge.

Expedited and express shipping is also available, please contact the seller for these arrangements. 

Due to the handmade nature of these items there is also a processing time in addition to the shipping time. Please be sure to watch both times when placing an order
